Job Description: Assistant Operations Manager

Overview:

The Assistant Operations Manager will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of a chain of three eateries in Singapore. This person will assist in ensuring efficient, smooth, and high-quality service while supporting the operations manager in implementing strategies to enhance customer experience, streamline processes, and boost profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee Daily Operations : Supervise restaurant staff, monitor service quality, and maintain operational standards across locations.

2. Inventory and Stock Management : Coordinate inventory orders, monitor stock levels, and manage supplier relationships to ensure smooth operations.

3. Staff Supervision and Training : Assist in recruiting, training, and scheduling staff, ensuring they adhere to operational and service standards.

4. Customer Service Excellence : Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive guest experience.

5. Compliance and Safety : Ensure health, safety, and food hygiene standards are maintained in all locations.

6. Sales and Performance Reporting : Track sales, monitor performance metrics, and prepare reports for management to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Experience : At least 2 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a supervisory role.

2. Skills : Strong organizational skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

3. Leadership : Proven leadership and team management abilities; able to motivate and guide a team.

4. Customer Focus : Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.

5. Knowledge : Familiar with health, safety, and food hygiene standards in Singapore.

6. Flexibility : Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
