Job Scope

• Handle, communicate, and resolve conflicts, feedback, and complaints related to ongoing projects.
• Work closely with contractors to address and resolve complaints arising from construction activities in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in project meetings, take accurate minutes, and ensure that any public relations concerns are effectively communicated.
• Maintain records of all public relations-related cases, communications, and correspondences related to projects.
• Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance the company’s reputation and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage media relations, ensuring the company’s messaging is consistent across all channels.
• Design and create media materials, including press releases, brochures, and digital content to support communication efforts.
• Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for proactive public relations efforts.
• Provide crisis communication support when required, addressing negative publicity or issues promptly and professionally.
• Support other teams, such as marketing and social media, to align public relations activities with broader company initiatives.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by senior management or project teams

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Media, or equivalent
5 - 7 years of relevant working experience
