Product Manager (SW & NR)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for establishing strategic relationships with product Principal and driving the full sales cycle for Application Performance Monitoring and Observability solutions.
• Engage with IT operations, DevOps, application owners, and digital transformation teams to understand customer’s needs and translate technical benefits of Application Performance Monitoring into business value.
• Stay current with APM, DevOps, and cloud-native trends (e.g., microservices, containers, distributed tracing, OpenTelemetry).
• Collaborate with Channel Account Managers to drive product adoption and sales through channel partners.
• Drive internal and external channel enablement and create mindshare by conducting product updates, promotions, events, and training.
• Work with product Principal to plan and execute quarterly or half-yearly events targeting end customers or partners to drive lead generation.
• Collaborate with internal marketing team to devise marketing strategies or incentive programs for market outreach.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 to 5 years sales or consultancy experience within the DevOps or DevSecOps or Cloud environment.
• Good understanding of Application architecture (web, mobile, cloud-native).
• Familiar with Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD practices, DevOps/DevSecOps and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to engage C-level executives, IT directors, and engineering leaders.
• Strong leadership attributes and can demonstrate exceptional relationship management skills
• Prior experience working in distributor environment is preferred
