We are seeking a Junior Videographer who’s energetic, creative, and proactive, someone who’s constantly on social media, understands the pulse of content that works, and thrives in fast-paced creative environments. This flexible full-time role is ideal for young creators who want hands-on experience working on impactful client content, while having the freedom to shoot in dynamic, ad-hoc rhythms. You’ll focus primarily on shooting social-first videos, but your understanding of editing styles and visual storytelling will ensure that what you capture translates into engaging, high-converting content.

• Hands-On Video Shooting for Social Content
• Capture compelling, high-quality footage for short-form content (ads, Reels, YouTube Shorts, behind-the-scenes) using iPhones and basic gear. You’ll focus on producing visually impactful video shots that are ready for high-volume content output.
• Creative Storyboarding & Shot Planning
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts, ideate scenes, and storyboard short-form video ideas. You’ll take the lead in proposing sample shots and framing that support a clear hook and visual flow.
• Editing Knowledge for Better Shooting
• Use your working knowledge of editing styles, transitions, pacing, and platform-specific formats to inform how you shoot. Your awareness of the post-production process will improve shot composition, transitions, and scene flow.
• Pre-Shoot Prep & On-Site Coordination
• Prepare gear, scout shot angles, and assist with basic lighting and sound setup to ensure shoots run smoothly. You’ll be involved in the full on-site capture process, from setup to wrap-up.
• Trend Awareness & Platform Fit
• Stay on top of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts trends. You’ll contribute ideas on what’s visually working across platforms and how we can shoot content to match evolving attention patterns.

• Working students, fresh graduates, or with related experience in videography are welcome to apply
• Demonstrated experience in production of social media content (Reels, TikTok, BTS, vlog-style, podcast)
• Portfolio or video samples required (even if from personal/social projects)
• Strong sense of video framing, shot variation, lighting, and audio basics
• Understanding of editing tools and how videos come together in post (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut)
• Obsessed with what makes content go viral visually
• Takes feedback well, learns fast, and is hungry to grow
• Available for flexible full-time engagement with ad-hoc shoot days and meetings
• Based in Singapore, able to travel to shoot locations as needed
