Store Assistant (Changi South)

Working location: Changi South

5 days work 8am - 5.30pm

Salary: up to $2,600

Job Duties:

• Receiving, put-away, picking and shipping operation, Un-stuffing and stuffing of container operation

• Timely and accurate update of warehouse management system to transactions

• Coordinate in Process RA (goods return from customers), RTV (goods return to vendors) timely and properly, and Inbound discrepancies (RDR), timely delivery of goods, and delivery requirements/expectations

• Perform Receiving and Issuing of items timely and accurately with proper authorizations and acknowledgment.

• Carry out and report cycle count as required with ensuring all items are labelled and stored in rightful locations registered in the inventory database.

• Answering questions/replying emails & handling complaints from customer

• Monitor & Manage the inventory Management System (FIFO, FEFO)

• Others warehouse duties
  

Requirement:

• ITE or Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent

• 1-2 years related experience

• Hands on experience with warehouse duties

• Experience with WMS(MURHO Inventory Management System) is an added advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills

• Take initiative with good and positive working attitude

• Process with Forklift License is an added advantage
