Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Management: Directs and supervises administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Process Improvement: Identifies and implements process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Policy and Procedure: Develops, implements, and maintains organizational policies and procedures.
- Financial Management: May be involved in payroll, budgeting, and expense tracking.
- Office Operations: Oversees various office functions, including facilities management, supplies, and equipment.
- Record Keeping: Maintains accurate and organized records, ensuring compliance with regulations.
