Logistic and Facilities

• Coordinate the logistics need for clinics and projects
• Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
• Review the logistics and utilities consumption to minimize costing
• Manager and monitor on-time stock deliveries for both internal and external customers and or vendors
• Maintain stocks inventory and manage stocks movement

Daily Operations Support

• Ensuring the site is fully set up and ready in accordance to MOH’s requirement
• Coordinate and assist in managing sites operations and on-site team members’ attendance/schedule
• Proper controlling, management, collection and delivery of consumables onsite
• Assist in medication packaging
• Assist in administrative duties
• Assist and support in HPB projects for health coaching & health screening depending on operational needs.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Class 3 driving license
• Effective time management skills
• Possess flexibility and adaptability to adapt to changes in schedule, location, and work processes
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient with software and digital tools
