Roles & Responsibilities
Location: Changi Business Park & Marina Bay Financial Centre
Working hours: Mon to Fri 7am - 5pm/ 8am - 6pm (5 day week. Closed weekends & all PH)
Candidate Requirements:
1) Excellent conversational skills and knowledge of the English language
2) A sense of leadership and ownership
3) A pleasing personality with a sense of urgency and responsibility
4) At least 1 year of experience in the F&B industry & some sales experience
Job Description:
1) Responsible for setting up/ running the kiosk for daily operations
2) Manage daily admin and kiosk operations together with the team to reach daily goals
3) Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the team and the company
4) Cashiering & Barista experience is a plus
4) Point of contact for customers within the bank for their catering needs, able to make suggestions & upsell
5) Must be computer literate. Send customers catering proposals and follow up with billing
6) Cold call corporate customers to introduce our company's products and entice them to try out our catering options
7) Planning/ execution of F&B promotions, events and activities
8) Able to work long hours in a fast paced environment
9) Experience with social media marketing a big plus
