About the Program

This internship provides an unique opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You’ll support the Motor Claims team in managing and processing insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions for the clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the intake, assessment, and processing of motor claims
• Supporting investigations and liaising with service providers, adjusters, and repairers
• Preparing and reviewing claim documents and reports
• Learning about regulatory requirements and compliance standards in claims management
Participating in case reviews and team meetings

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Insurance, Business, Law, or a related field
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable in a team environment
Basic understanding of motor insurance is a plus
