Delivery Success Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ensure Delivery Excellence:

Work closely with customers on active projects to monitor and ensure that delivery quality meets or exceeds expectations.

• Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:

Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders on the customer side to understand business needs, concerns, and future plans.

• Farming & Growth Opportunity Identification:

Explore and identify farming opportunities by gaining insight into the customer’s roadmap and business priorities.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to convert farming opportunities into actionable requests, contributing to account growth.

• Issue Resolution:

Act as the main point of contact for delivery-related issues, proactively resolving conflicts or challenges between the customer and delivery teams.

• Continuous Improvement:

Monitor project performance, gather feedback, and work with internal teams to continuously improve delivery processes and client satisfaction.

• Decision-Making Authority:

Represent the delivery function in customer discussions. Make informed delivery-related decisions that align with customer satisfaction and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project delivery, customer success, or client engagement in the IT or technology sector.

• Strong ability to communicate and coordinate across functions, including sales, delivery, and customer teams.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

• Strategic thinking with the ability to uncover customer needs and align solutions accordingly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IT outsourcing, digital transformation, or enterprise software delivery.

Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
