Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR):

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and ensure all documentation complies with regulatory standards
  • Administer employee benefits, track leave records, and process claims
  • Coordinate the performance appraisal cycle and organize training programs and logistics
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with local employment laws
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities and facilitate effective internal communication

Office Administration:

  • Oversee daily office operations and manage procurement of office supplies
  • Arrange travel bookings, coordinate company events, and support meeting logistics
  • Serve as the point of contact for vendors, building management, and service providers
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and functional office environment
  • Manage all incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and general office logistics

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR and office administration
  • Solid understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with HR software systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-focused attitude
