Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR):
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and ensure all documentation complies with regulatory standards
- Administer employee benefits, track leave records, and process claims
- Coordinate the performance appraisal cycle and organize training programs and logistics
- Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with local employment laws
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and facilitate effective internal communication
Office Administration:
- Oversee daily office operations and manage procurement of office supplies
- Arrange travel bookings, coordinate company events, and support meeting logistics
- Serve as the point of contact for vendors, building management, and service providers
- Ensure a clean, organized, and functional office environment
- Manage all incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and general office logistics
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR and office administration
- Solid understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with HR software systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-focused attitude
