Logistics Executive

Key responsibilities:

1) Plan and optimize daily delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient distribution of supplies to customers

2) Liaise with drivers, third party logsitics providers, and internal teams to ensure timely movement of goods

3) Cordinate with production/warehouse team to ensure adequte manpower is available to meet daily delivery requirements

4) Coordinate and manage delivery of products to vessels at various port terminals.

5) Handle changes to pre-arranged delivery plans, including urgent and last-minute customer requests

6) Monitor vehicle availability and maintenance schedules to prevent disruptions
