Job Summary:
AV Technician is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining audio-visual equipment to support meetings, events, and presentations.
This role ensures seamless AV experiences across customer facilities while collaborating with stakeholders to meet technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate AV equipment for meetings, events, and training sessions.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to audio, video, and presentation systems.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on AV equipment.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure AV setups align with event requirements.
Provide real-time technical support during live events and critical meetings.
Maintain inventory and track AV equipment usage.
Qualifications:
Experience with AV systems, including soundboards, microphones, projectors, and video conferencing tools.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure in live-event environments.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Experience:
Certifications in AV technologies (e.g., CTS).
Previous experience supporting corporate events or large-scale AV projects.
