Director Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team at GlobeWise.

As a key member of our executive team, you will play a vital role in driving the company's operational success and ensuring alignment with our vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promoting Operational Excellence: Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems that foster a positive company culture and drive business growth.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and support department heads across various functions, including HR, IT, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and more, to ensure seamless execution of company objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Continuously monitor performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Financial Oversight: Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing activities to maintain financial health and compliance.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team on long-term strategic planning and organizational development, aligning with business goals and objectives.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local laws and regulations across all operations, maintaining a strong reputation and minimizing risk.
  • Quality and Customer Satisfaction: Drive initiatives focused on quality, customer satisfaction, and process efficiency, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Effectively manage vendor and partner relationships to support operational goals and objectives.
  • Culture and Accountability: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability throughout the organization, promoting a positive work environment and high-performing teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in operations or general management roles, including 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Skillset: Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale projects, achieving strategic objectives and exceeding expectations.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience with ERP systems and operational software tools, leveraging technology to drive business outcomes.
