Reachfield Security is a Grade “A” Security Guards Agency that provides security personnel & security systems to various grade A Office buildings, shopping centres, schools, factories in Singapore.

Receptionist/ Concierge

(Office Building @ Raffles Place MRT)

Permanent/Relief
Mon - Fri Only
8am - 6pm

Responsibilities:

1. Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and addressing them appropriately.

2. Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls and provide basic information when needed.

3. Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges, etc).

4. Data entry and perform other clerical receptionist duties.

Requirements:

1. Professional appearance, neat and pleasant, polite and professional.

2. Prefer with similar working experience or front line duties in hotel, customer service environment.

3. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.

4. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

5. Good customer service and communication skills.
