Project Manager

The Site Project Manager is to be full-time on-site in performing the project management and day-to-day operations

to deliver the upgrading works, phases, and overall project within the period specified or approved and within the budget allotted.

to deliver the quality specified and required.

to ensure the works are carried out safely and with minimum inconvenience to the residents.

The Site Project Manager shall have the following qualifications

Possess an Architectural, Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical / Environmental Engineering, Building Science,

Project Management, Construction Management, or other construction and engineering-related degree.

The degree shall be recognized either by the respective Professional Bodies in Singapore (Board of Architects or Professional Engineering Board) or BCA.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant post-graduate working experience in the building construction industry, preferably in HDB projects, or 3 years of relevant post-graduate project management experience.

Completed the certified Construction Safety Course for Project Managers conducted by training providers accredited by MOM.

Completed the Design for Safety Appreciation Course conducted by training providers accredited by MOM.

Attended safety-related course(s) by training providers or organizations accredited by MOM annually.

Completed the Registered Earthworks Supervisor Course by accredited training providers.

Possess a “Certificate of Competency in Earth Control Measures for Construction Site Personnel”.
