1. Partnership & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities (e.g. brand deals, sponsorships, content licensing).
  • Develop relationships with production houses, studios, talent agencies, OTT platforms, music labels, event organizers, etc.
  • Negotiate and close deals for content acquisition, distribution, or co-production.

2. Revenue Generation

  • Develop monetization strategies for content or services.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to pitch offerings to advertisers, brands, or B2B clients.
  • Create customized packages for sponsors and partners.

3. Market & Industry Research

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
  • Stay updated on changes in consumer behavior, digital platforms, and technological shifts (e.g. AR/VR, AI in content).

4. Project & Campaign Management

  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, marketing, legal, finance) to execute deals smoothly.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and reporting for key partnerships.

5. Event & Promotion Planning

  • Coordinate with event planners and promoters for concerts, movie launches, or celebrity appearances.
  • Support live event business by securing venues, partnerships, and sponsors.

6. Content Strategy & Distribution

  • Explore distribution channels (cinemas, OTT, TV, YouTube, social media) and pitch content for placement.
  • Develop strategies to grow viewership and subscriptions.

7. Brand Building

  • Represent the brand at industry events, festivals, trade shows, and networking forums.
  • Create strategic alliances that enhance visibility and positioning.
