Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cashflow and monitor fund movements.
  • Prepare payment schedule especially for TR payment, Rental (weekly) and Director’s monthly expenses.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondences in relation to accounts (include Director’s, if any) and collect mails.
  • Manage Supplier invoices, Prepare Payment voucher, issuance of cheque or initiate bank transfer.
  • Data Entry into Xero system.
  • Filling both AP and Payment voucher accordingly and Filling of other accounts related documents.
  • Data Entry of AR to Xero System monthly
  • Bank Reconciliation done monthly in Xero.
  • Keep records of Director’s Personal Accounts such as Director Remuneration and other expenses such as entertainments and Petrol.
  • Prepare Quarterly accounts to Management.
  • Handle month end closing of fixed assets, inventory costing, GST.
  • Maintain company's transactions records as per standard procedures/forms.
  • Liaise and negotiate with vendor, clients & etc.
  • Coordinate month end closing of accounts payable receivable
  • In charge of check issuance (AP, AR & Installment)
  • In charge of petty cash
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
  • At least 3 year of relevant working experience
  • Knowledge in full set accounts and MCST accounting is preferred.
  • Possess good work attitude, reliable and team player.
  • Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualification.
