Lab Manager (Section Leader) - Molecular Diagnostic Lab with ISO and CAP Accreditation standards

Your job duties include but are not limited to:

• Oversees lab operation
• Receive biological samples from customers for NGS

Sequencing.

• Prepare sequencing libraries, perform quality assessment

and perform sequencing runs.

• Analyse sequencing data and report results in a timely

manner.

• Assist in ensuring proper documentation of all processes

including report of sequencing services conducted.

• Interact with bioinformaticians and evaluate bioinformatics

output.

• Maintain lab equipment & documentation in accordance

with quality requirements of ISO and CAP accreditation standards.

• Other ad-hoc projects as required by the superiors.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in any phmc/HCSA lab

Qualification:

• A Bachelor of Biomedical Science
• A Bachelor od Medical Laboratory Science/Technology
• Hold a recognized degree
