Senior Procurement Executive (F&B)

Basic information:

• 5Days Work Week (Mon-Fri): 9am - 6pm
• Basic salary up to $5300
• 18 days ALs + Performance Bonus + Corporate medical perks
• Location: Buona Vista

Job description:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and food safety standards.
• Identify, assess, and select reliable suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and compliance.
• Conduct market research to monitor ingredient trends, pricing, and availability.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain favorable terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and supply continuity.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, quality control, and finance teams to fulfill ingredient requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance, including delivery timelines, product quality, and issue resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement efficiency, cost reduction, and supply chain effectiveness.
Ensure full compliance with procurement regulations and prepare reports on activities and savings
