Commercial Director – Job Description

• Report to Chief Revenue Officer
• This is a hybrid role – sales and business development
• Build strong working relationships with MCSTs/Building Owners/Developers and Advertisers
• Identify growth with existing partners and ensuring that the market share and revenues
• Develops, communicates and implements commercial strategies
• Contributes to the strategic direction and day-to-day business segments
• Understands the needs, desires and requirements of the customers and translates those into sales
• Strives for increased customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Understands and develops market intelligence related to local product markets, customers and competitors and coordinates internal and external resources

Experience, Professional Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree, MBA is preferred.
• At least 7-10 years of experience in business, finance and partnership building role(s)
• Self-driven with strong commercial knowledge
• Excellent project management skills, capable of helping to run pitches
• Ability to develop strategic plans and adopt a hands-on approach to growing new/strategic clients/partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Identifies key market trends
• Experienced being client facing, building trusted relationships with senior/exec level clients
• Has the highest level of integrity and ethics - safeguard proprietary information of clients and of employer
• Effective bilingual (English and Chinese) is an advantage.
