We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth, strengthen brand presence, and promote the company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts within the environmental services sector.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Sales Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including commercial cleaning, landscape, and integrated facilities management (IFM) contracts.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads, conduct client meetings, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure contract renewals and upselling of services.
2. Marketing, Branding & CSR Promotion
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage the company’s branding activities, ensuring consistent messaging across social media, websites, marketing materials, and client touchpoints.
- Coordinate and promote the company’s CSR initiatives, including sustainability programs, environmental impact projects, and community engagement efforts.
- Collaborate with management to craft marketing and branding messages that reflect GreenGarden’s commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
3. Market Research & Reporting
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Offer insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies, marketing approaches, and CSR impact.
4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely follow-up on client inquiries, feedback, and service satisfaction.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or branding, preferably in environmental services, cleaning, or B2B industries.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, client relationship management, marketing strategies, and brand building.
- Passion for sustainability and social responsibility, with experience in CSR program promotion an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, creative, and self-motivated with the ability to meet sales and marketing targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
