The school now has an exciting opportunity for an Inquiry Manager to join our Admissions & Marketing team.

About the Role:

• The core purpose of the role is to work with the admissions team to achieve key KPI’s, motivate, train and coach front of house team
• To ensure leads and applications are filtered and allocated accordingly to the Admissions team.
• To continue improving the E2C process.

Position Requirements:

• Prior experience of managing direct customer contact, ideally gained in a customer service role in a multicultural environment
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
• Excellent verbal (telephone) and written communication skills
• Outstanding time management and organization skills
• Result oriented and driven by successful outcomes
• Strong people management skills
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Demonstrates the Stamford Values – Integrity, Courage, Ingenuity and Compassion
