PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE / SCOPE
As the Showroom Supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day
operations of our showroom and pop-up events. Working with new and repeated
brands on a weekly basis will require high competency in strategic thinking, customer
focus, innovation, change, talent, people as well as performance management.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily retail showroom and pop-up event operations, ensuring timely setup, smooth execution, and efficient teardown.
- Maintain inventory accuracy during inbound/outbound movements, stock take, and reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment; ensure shelves are well-stocked, fixtures are presentable, and pricing is clearly displayed in line with brand and visual merchandising standards.
- Lead the team in delivering outstanding customer service, creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
- Prepare and manage weekly staff rosters (full-time and part-time), ensuring optimal manpower allocation based on event needs and budgets.
- Monitor individual and team performance; provide guidance and support to meet or exceed targets.
- Ensure accurate and secure handling of all transactions, across various payment modes.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations team and other internal departments to ensure smooth communication and seamless event execution.
- May be required to travel overseas to support events.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- At least 5 years working experience in retail environment
- Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, mature and good team-player.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin or another language
- Good PC skills such as MS Office in words and powerpoint
- Strong logical mindset, high-energy self-starter with a relentless, entrepreneurial
- Exceptionally well organized, good time management and ability to multitask
