<Responsibilities>

Key responsibilities include due diligence in cash handling and maintaining customer service at all times without compromising on compliance and control. Other job responsibilities include:

• Ensure operational procedures are carried out and adhered to the rules and regulations.

• Ensure day to day transactions and refund amount are reconciled.

• Handle customer feedback, enquiries and complaints with professionalism.

• Ensure the counters and terminals are kept clean and tidy at all times.
