This includes roadmap planning, feature development, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement based on data insights and operational feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • UX Research & Analysis: Analyse user behaviour, platform performance, and stakeholder feedback to generate insights that shape product direction and feature enhancements.
  • Requirements Definition: Elicit, document, and refine business and user requirements with clear traceability from strategic initiatives to user stories and specifications.
  • Technical Solutioning: Work closely with technical leads and developers to evaluate solution options, ensure feasibility, and validate alignment with business needs and system architecture.
  • Backlog Management: Maintain a prioritised, delivery-ready backlog in collaboration with internal teams and vendor partners, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and delivery timelines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate alignment across internal and external stakeholders on feature scope, delivery priorities, and go-to-market plans throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Define clear, testable acceptance criteria and support QA and UAT processes to ensure product releases meet stakeholder expectations and quality standards.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and performance trackers to monitor roadmap progress, support retrospectives, and guide data-driven prioritisation.
  • Documentation Management: Ensure product documentation—including features, business rules, and dependencies—is accurate, accessible, and regularly updated to support continuity and collaboration.
  • Operations & Continuous Improvement: Oversee the triage and resolution of operational issues, capturing insights to drive ongoing improvements and future product iterations.
