Are you an experienced EA Consultant looking for flexibility, independence, and high commission potential ?
We’re looking for motivated and results-oriented individuals to join Blessy Employment Agency in a fully remote role.

This is a commission-based position — perfect for self-driven professionals who thrive in a target-focused environment and enjoy working independently.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full domestic helper placement cycle : sourcing, screening, interviews, contracts, and post-placement support.
• Ensure full compliance with MOM regulations and relevant authority requirements.
• Maintain strong client relationships , handle inquiries, and troubleshoot issues during the placement journey.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a licensed maid agency (hands-on end-to-end placement)
• CEI Certified (compulsory)
• Strong knowledge of MOM rules & industry standards
• Excellent communication & client service skills
• Highly independent , organized, and goal-driven
• Able to manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines
