GreenGarden is a trusted provider of cleaning and landscape services, delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions across Singapore. We are seeking a proactive HR Executive to strengthen our HR team, supporting critical areas such as HR policy implementation, compensation & benefits administration, training coordination, and operational HR processes.
Primary Responsibilities
1. HR Policy Support
- Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company goals and compliance with Singapore labor laws.
- Help maintain and update HR manuals, employee handbooks, and internal guidelines.
- Provide first-level clarification on HR policies to employees and escalate complex matters when needed.
2. Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including payroll inputs, overtime tracking, CPF, and statutory payments.
- Help review and maintain accurate records on employee benefits (e.g., leave, insurance, allowances) in line with company policies and the Progressive Wage Model (PWM) standards.
- Assist in conducting basic salary benchmarking and internal equity checks under the guidance of senior HR staff.
3. Training & Development Coordination
- Coordinate the logistics for employee training programs, ensuring alignment with environmental services industry requirements and SSG/WSG guidelines.
- Maintain training attendance records, update training matrices, and support the evaluation of training effectiveness.
- Assist in sourcing suitable external training providers and managing related documentation.
4. Recruitment & Workforce Support
- Assist in recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, preparing contracts, and managing onboarding processes.
- Support work pass applications and renewals, ensuring compliance with MOM quotas and regulations.
- Provide general administrative support for HR activities across operational teams.
5. Compliance & Reporting
- Help ensure HR practices comply with Employment Act, NEA, and WSH regulations.
- Prepare basic HR reports on manpower, turnover, and training activities for management review.
- Maintain accurate employee records using HRIS systems.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years of HR experience, ideally within the environmental services or cleaning sector.
- Familiarity with HR policies, compensation & benefits administration, and training coordination.
- Basic understanding of Singapore labor laws, Employment Act, and PWM requirements.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
