• Schedule: Monday - Friday

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics and/or any related disciplines
  

Experience

• Logistics, Procurement, Shipping: 3 years
  

Responsibilities

• Proper coordination of shipments and inventory management (physical stocks)

• Process and fulfill customer's orders, inquiries, shipments and requirements in timely manner

• Prepare of air and ocean shipping documents includes Export LC

• Efficiently, precisely and accurately communicate with customers and all vendors to ensure smooth operation of shipments

• Responsible for procurement process and sourcing in timely manner

• Manage and evaluate vendor's performance to acquire most relevant and cost effective deals

• Develop and strengthen business relationships for projection of revenue
  

Requirements

• Good communication and Team Building skills

• Self-Initiative & Multi-Tasking

• Quick Learner, Independently & Meticulous

• Familiar with Shipping documentation and Incoterms

• Preferably able to converse in Mandarin as required to communicate with Taiwan Office
