SERVICE CREW

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

• Greet customers and respond to inquiries politely.
• Assist customers in choosing menu items.
• Take and process food orders accurately.
• Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.

2. Food Preparation & Handling:

• Assist in preparing simple food items (e.g., plating, packing, heating).
• Follow food hygiene and safety standards.
• Refill ingredients and ensure food display is presentable.

3. Order Fulfillment:

• Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately.
• Pack takeaway/delivery orders according to standard procedures.
• Ensure food is served fresh and at the correct temperature.

4. Cashiering:

• Operate POS system for billing.
• Handle payments by cash, card, or e-wallet.
• Issue receipts and provide correct change.

5. Cleanliness & Hygiene:

• Clean tables, trays, counters, and dining areas regularly.
• Wash utensils and kitchen equipment (if required).
• Dispose of waste properly and follow recycling guidelines.

6. General Operations Support:

• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Restock utensils, napkins, condiments, and other supplies.
Support team members during peak hours or busy periods

Job Requirements:

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to stand for long hours and perform physical tasks.
• Basic English/Mandarin/Malay speaking ability (based on outlet needs).
