Service Engineer

Develop new business opportunities and plans specific sales approaches
Establish and build effective relationships with customers and stakeholders
Identify customers' needs, work closely with customers and perform engineering values to customers

Carry out site inspection at various job sites.
Lead and troubleshoot any issues during work at sites
Site coordination with subcontactors to ensure that project runs timely and smoothly
Plan, organize and manage site schedules, meet deadlines and mange defects works

Prepare reports and quotations.

Ensure prompt follow up to customer request, work progress and defects work.

Ensure timely collection of overdue payment from customers.

Work closely with various internal department to deliver profession service to our customers.
