TONNAGE REPORT

  • Collect logsheet from Ops Team.
  • Open up Ops Deployment File.
  • Segregate the logsheet according to sector against the Ops Deployment.
  • Input in the vehicle no and tonnage in the report excel sheet as list listed below:

SALES MATTER:

  • Create Entity/Create Case in Evreka System. (For new customers and damaged bins)
  • Sales Report:
    • Monthly New sales secured.
    • Accumulative Revenue for year to date.
    • Checking on GWC revenue for all industries from Finance and update report for variance.
    • Update PowerPoint slides for Management Meeting.
  • Update Contracts Listing
  • Update FOC trips listing
  • Invoicing: To verify monthly invoices
  • Sales Meeting (Sales Minutes)
  • Sales lead Listing
  • Update Folder for New Contracts and for Renewal Contracts received.
