Job Responsibilities:

1. Take full responsibility for the day-to-day financial operations of the Singapore entity,

including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and reconciliation of client and operational funds.

2. Conduct regular reconciliations with payment service providers to ensure accurate and compliant management of client funds.

3. Review and verify internal financial data and cross-departmental reports to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

4. Develop and implement financial control strategies to ensure proper segregation and

compliance in the use of client and corporate funds.

5. Ensure the company’s operations fully comply with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulatory requirements, including routine reporting and audit preparation.

6. Periodically assess and update internal financial policies and procedures to reflect changes in the regulatory environment.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to drive the successful

implementation of finance-related projects at the group level.


Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial management, including at least 1 year in a payment company or a MAS-regulated financial institution.

3. Solid understanding of MAS regulations, especially regarding client fund segregation andfund safeguarding requirements.

4. Strong analytical and reconciliation skills, with the ability to prepare and interpret financial reports accurately.

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively withteams across different time zones and cultures.

6. Professional qualifications such as CA Singapore, ACCA, or CPA are highly preferred.
