Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate quality documentations including product specifications, test reports and registration status
- Represent Quality in managing product and artwork change control ensure regulatory requirements are met
- Maintain inspection laboratory equipment and perform first article and failure analysis
- Manage and perform QC inspection activities
- Conduct non-conforming product analysis to ensure customer complaints are timely addressed, and to monitor corrective action plans are implemented
- Accountable for repacking, relabeling, rework and scrap activities
- Provide support to maintain ISO 13485 quality management system
- Work with cross functional, regional teams and suppliers in supporting commercial activities
- Improvement of systems to facilitate work processes
- Familiar in using SAP for product tracking and status update
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science related discipline
- Work experience in medical device industry is preferred
- Good problem solving skills and be able to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced changing environment
- Fluent in English and Chinese including Mandarin
