Location: Tuas, transport provided.
Company: Metal Manufacturer, Oil & Gas industry.
Salary: S$4000 - S$5000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily briefings and assign manpower.

  • Oversee job progress, tool/material usage, and equipment maintenance.

  • Coordinate with Project Managers and resolve technical issues.

  • Mentor and train junior staff; handle team welfare and counselling.

  • Review timesheets, plan overtime, and enforce safety and housekeeping.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Technical Diploma/ITE or equivalent.

  • Min. 5 years in mechanical fitting (drilling equipment preferred), incl. 2 years in supervision.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
