Receptionist

Job Description.

• Opening/closing for the days

• Take customers bookings from walk-ins, Whatsapp and phone calls,

• Detail / plan service tine slots for massage therapists according to customer's request and time.

• Collection of payments from customers, request for initials from customers on massage package card upon completion of service.

Requirements,

• Friendly, outspoken, smart and quick minded,

• Positive attitude towards work and able to blend in with all colleagues,

• Basic computer knowledge.

To work,

6 days per week, either

a) Mondays to Saturdays 1030am to 1030pm
