Part-time $10/hour weekdays, $12/hour weekends
Ability to work at least 3 days per week, approximately 4 to 5 hours per shift

  • Full-time starting from 2000/month, 5-6 days a week, flexible hours

  • Escape Room Performer $30-35 1.5h/session

Ability to memorize an actor's script, standard pronunciation for English

  • Confirm the guest's reservation and actively contact the guest. Guide guests through games and keep the place clean and tidy.
Service Associates are expected to be service-oriented, work well with others, and be able to multi-task. Key performance areas include guest experience, task completion, etc.

Responsibility:
  • Have good service awareness.
  • Handle customer questions and comments.
  • Give customers a good gaming experience
  • Keep the venue clean and tidy.
  • Complete relevant tasks assigned by superiors
