HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
GOLDEN LANDSCAPE & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD.

1. Managing foreign employee work pass related matters
(Applications, Issuance and Renewal and follow the necessary
requirements);
2. Prepare employment contract and letters (warning letter,
agreements, forms, etc.)
3. Track and maintain accurate records of all employee training
sessions, certifications, and qualifications, ensuring employees are
up-to-date with mandatory training and certification renewal;
4. Arrange check-in and check-out of workers in the Dormitory;
5. Process WICA and medical insurances;
6. Prepare report payroll summary, Levy, MOM surveys, and IRAS;
7. Monitoring incoming and outgoing emails;
8. HR Operations & Employee Records - handle employee onboarding
and offboarding, maintains accurate personnel files, and ensures
HR databases are kept up to date;
9. Recruitment & Staffing Support - manages job postings, candidate
communication, interview scheduling, and hiring documentation
across various roles;
10. Assist in the formulation and communication of HR policies and
procedures;
11. Handle enquiries relating HR and ad hoc assignments as
required;
12. Details and result oriented with great coordination and
organizational skills;
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
Able to work under pressure and work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/public holidays if required.
Positive and independent individual with good interpersonal, communication and organizational skill.
