As market makers for top exchanges and protocols on popular blockchains, they design and implement proprietary trading systems and strategies to provide superior liquidity


About the Role:


We're seeking a strategic Senior Recruiter to drive our hiring efforts in DeFi, quant trading, and tech. You'll develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, source top candidates, and build relationships with high-caliber professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop proactive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates
  • Conduct market research to identify talent pools and competitor landscapes
  • Source and engage with high-caliber professionals in crypto, DeFi, and quant trading
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job descriptions, candidate sourcing, and offer negotiations
  • Establish campus recruitment strategies for graduate talent
  • Stay informed on industry trends and talent movements
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and align recruitment strategies
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand through networking and digital outreach

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in strategic talent acquisition, executive search, or recruitment in crypto, quant trading, hedge funds, or fintech
  • Strong headhunting and sourcing skills with expertise in identifying niche talent
  • Familiarity with crypto ecosystem, DeFi protocols, and blockchain technology preferred
