Payroll & Attendance Management

  • Full spectrum of payroll administration, including attendance tracking, government-paid leave applications, National Service (NS) claims, IRAS submissions, CPF contributions, MOM surveys, payroll reporting, and bank payment submissions.
  • Accurately calculate and verify monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and timely disbursement.

Employee Relations & Communication

  • Act as the main point of contact for staff on HR-related matters.
  • Address employee queries promptly and serve as a mediator between staff and the company to resolve issues diplomatically and efficiently.

Leave & Claims Administration

  • Administer and track various leave types including annual, childcare, maternity, sick leave, overtime, replacement off, and medical claims for office and outlet staff.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with leave policies and statutory requirements.

HR Operations & Data Management

  • Maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee data for smooth HR operations.

Commission & Reporting

  • Compute and collate monthly commission reports for retail staff.
  • Ensure proper filing and easy retrieval of all supporting documents and reports.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job posting, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
  • Prepare letters of appointment, onboarding documents, and input new hire details into HR and payroll systems.

Work Pass Management

  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with MOM regulations.

Licensing & Compliance

  • Oversee registration and maintenance of SPF (Singapore Police Force) licenses for retail outlets.
  • Keep up to date with employment laws and MOM guidelines to ensure company compliance.
  • Liaise with government authorities on all HR-related matters.

Team Collaboration & Support

  • Collaborate with team members by sharing timely updates and ensuring seamless HR workflow.
  • Assist management with ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
