LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Delivery route planning.
• Schedules deliveries with customers.
• Studies inventory to identify products to deliver.
• Processes incoming and outgoing delivery driver paperwork.
• Supervise multiple drivers and attendants.
• Ensures a safe and clean work place.
• Class 4 or 5 Driving License is essential.

**Supervisory Responsibilities:** Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include directing work; disciplining employees; and resolving problems.

**LANGUAGE SKILLS** :
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to vendors, and other employees of the organization.

**MATHEMETICAL SKILLS** :
Requires basic math skills.

**REASONING ABILITY** :

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
