Safety Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Regularly inspect and suggest improvements for fire safety measurements
• Keep the company updated on new Fire Safety Regulations
• Monitor and ensure the operational readiness of equipment and facilities
• Identify potential hazards and conduct risk assessments
• Recommend preventive and corrective measures
• Inspect, service, and maintain all fire-fighting equipment and facilities
• Perform regular safety inspections on site
• Ensure tools, equipment, and facilities comply with safety standards
• Perform repair and general maintenance work at various sites
Carry out any other duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

• Entry Level are encouraged to apply
• Candidate with WSH Level / Registered WSHO / Specialist Diploma in WSH, or relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Singapore) / Safety Coordinator Certificate
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in a similar safety role (entry-level)
• Experience in Fire Trade is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication
• Problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with fire safety software and incident reporting systems
• Physically fit to conduct site visits or fieldwork
• Ability to work independently and in teams
