Responsibilities

  • Focus on on-going business improvement projects specifically:
o Creation and fine-tuning processes within the organisation
o Participate in system enhancements discussion and its respective UAT; and
o Championing the use of new business processes and systems.
  • To work with the Team Lead to liaise with external stakeholders for new onboarding of counter parties or to liaise with existing service providers to keep information up to date.
  • To work with Client Advisors and Assistant Client Advisors to provide administrative support and maintaining the organisation of client data and records.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the team.



Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Undergraduate in finance, banking, business, and/or related fields.
  • Prior internship experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Basic understanding of financial markets and investment principles


Internship Duration

  • Able to commit for minimum 4 months, however 6 months is highly preferred.
