Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry of daily transactions into accounting software (e.g. Xero)
- Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
- Prepare payment vouchers, cheques, and issue official receipts
- Reconcile bank statements, supplier statements,
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Maintain proper filing and organization of finance documents
- Assist in preparation of GST submissions (IRAS compliance)
- Provide support during audits and statutory reporting
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, LCCI, or equivalent
- 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred, or equivalent practical experience in a similar role
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Xero)
- Good attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
