Salary: SGD 2,400 - SGD 3,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry of daily transactions into accounting software (e.g. Xero)
  • Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
  • Prepare payment vouchers, cheques, and issue official receipts
  • Reconcile bank statements, supplier statements,
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Maintain proper filing and organization of finance documents
  • Assist in preparation of GST submissions (IRAS compliance)
  • Provide support during audits and statutory reporting
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, LCCI, or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred, or equivalent practical experience in a similar role
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Xero)
  • Good attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
