Assistant Retail Manager / Retail Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily activities of the store
• Lead and motivate the staff in achieving sales objective
• Maintains staff job result by recruiting, orienting, and training employees
• Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock
• Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards
• Handle customer complaints and issues

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in managerial roles, preferably in retail industries
• People and sales oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about fashion industry as well as retail operations
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to change, and the ability to lead teams through change with a positive mindset
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Managerial position
