At La Lune Floral By Madame C, the Digital Marketing Manager for our floral shop will oversee and manage the online presence, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement for our range of services, including Bespoke Bouquets and ROM Bridal Bouquet Design using methodology from Korean pestle-color bouquets, French freestyle bouquets, and Japanese Sogetsu ikebana.

This role involves developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote our unique floral products, refreshing our website and social media platforms, and building relationships with customers to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.

The Digital Marketing Manager will also create content that resonates with our target audience, including the collaboration with influencers.


1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote the floral shop’s services, including bespoke bouquets, ROM bridal designs, and specialty bouquet offerings.

2. Oversee website management, ensuring it is updated with fresh and engaging content that represents our unique floral services and attracts new customers.

3. Plan, create, and schedule content for social media platforms, including taking high-quality photos and videos that showcase our flowers and arrangements.

4. Monitor and manage customer interactions online, building relationships and maintaining communication to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

5. Build and maintain a customer database, segmenting it based on preferences and purchase history for targeted marketing efforts.

6. Organise events, workshops, or offers that encourage engagement, including collaboration with social media specialists.

7. Develop marketing packages, special deals, and promotions, using customer insights to create compelling offers that resonate with our target audience.


1. Graduated in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. Experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or the floral industry.

3. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools, with experience in photography and video editing for marketing purposes.

4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft engaging content and connect with customers effectively.

5. Creative mindset with a passion for the floral industry, with an eye for design and visual aesthetics.

6. A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to nurture relationships and improve customer satisfaction.

7. Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
