Job Description

The Key Account Executive – E-Commerce is responsible for managing and growing assigned online accounts on various e-commerce platforms. This role focuses on driving online sales performance, optimizing digital listings, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for key clients and marketplace partners. The ideal candidate has strong commercial acumen, digital platform knowledge, and a passion for e-commerce growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with key e-commerce partners (e.g., RedMart, Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Pandamart, Tik Tok etc.).
  • Monitor and optimize online product listings, pricing, and promotions to drive visibility and conversion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, supply chain, design) to execute campaigns and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, campaign ROI, and traffic data; recommend actionable insights.
  • Identify and propose new business opportunities, bundles, or digital initiatives to boost sales.
  • Work closely with platform category managers to secure campaign slots, banner placements, and other exposure opportunities.
  • Ensure content quality by maintaining accurate product details, images, keywords, and descriptions.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues related to listings, pricing, stock availability, or order fulfillment.
  • Support regular reporting and updates to internal stakeholders on account performance and targets.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in key account management, e-commerce operations, or digital sales—preferably in FMCG, retail, or online platforms.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital sales strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and comfortable with sales dashboards.
  • Experience with platform backend portals (e.g., RedMart Seller Hub, Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Center) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills to liaise with both internal teams and platform contacts.
  • Physically fit and able to carry heavy items (e.g., cartons or product samples) when required for campaign setup or stock handling.
