The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the leasing and marketing efforts for our co-living properties. This role involves managing the entire leasing process from prospecting and touring potential residents to ensure a smooth move-in process. Our Community Managers are also a key ambassador for the brand.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Leasing Management
- Prospecting, generate leads and answering of enquiries through various channels
- Conduct tours and presentation of our co-living spaces to prospective tenants
- Lease Negotiations and to communicate lease terms to prospectives residents clearly
- Tenancy management such as preparation of Tenancy Agreements and documents.
- Tenant relations, to maintain strong relationships with current residents and address their concerns promptly
- Tenant Management and Retention, assist Tenants in solving day to day issues
- Team player and able to work well with other departments within the organisation to maintain good tenant relations
- Versatile in problem solving
Requirements
- At least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 Years in real estate preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with experience in negotiation.
- Self-driven and highly motivated.
- Articulate and fluent in written and spoken English.
