The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the leasing and marketing efforts for our co-living properties. This role involves managing the entire leasing process from prospecting and touring potential residents to ensure a smooth move-in process. Our Community Managers are also a key ambassador for the brand.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Leasing Management
  • Prospecting, generate leads and answering of enquiries through various channels
  • Conduct tours and presentation of our co-living spaces to prospective tenants
  • Lease Negotiations and to communicate lease terms to prospectives residents clearly
  • Tenancy management such as preparation of Tenancy Agreements and documents.
  • Tenant relations, to maintain strong relationships with current residents and address their concerns promptly
  • Tenant Management and Retention, assist Tenants in solving day to day issues
  • Team player and able to work well with other departments within the organisation to maintain good tenant relations
  • Versatile in problem solving

Requirements

  • At least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 Years in real estate preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with experience in negotiation.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated.
  • Articulate and fluent in written and spoken English.
