Job Title: Finance Ops & Reporting Hero (a.k.a. Accounts Executive)

Salary: $3,000 – $3,200/month

We're looking for someone who thrives in the details, values accuracy like it's an Olympic sport, and is ready to grow with a team that appreciates solid finance skills and solid people.

• Lease Accounting (FRS 116): You’ll be our go to for accurate lease entries in line with the standard.
• Accounts Payable: Track purchases, manage vendor payments, and keep the payables engine running smoothly.
• Petty Cash: Reconcile, document, and ensure the little things don’t become big headaches.
• Payroll Support: Maintain employee time records to ensure accurate payroll with no surprises.
• Reporting & Analysis:
  Monthly management reports
  Smart expense breakdowns for better decision-making
• System Migration: Help us implement new accounting software
• Audit Prep: Liaise with auditors and prepare the necessary documentation.
• Ad-Hoc Finance Projects: Be ready to jump in where needed
  

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or something close.
• Solid working knowledge of FRS 116
• Hands-on with AP, payroll tracking, reconciliations.
• Confident with internal controls and SOP documentation.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and quietly excellent.
• Bonus points if you've survived (and thrived) through a software migration.
