MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (RETAIL OPERATIONS)

Our Management Trainees will undergo intensive training program to be competent in all aspects of retail management, marketing, merchandising and operations, delivering service excellence to our customers. You will understand how the retail industry works and we will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel!

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day retail operations and inventory management
• Provide excellent customer service experience and ensure customer satisfaction
• Handles sales and cashiering duties
• Staff management and training of new staff
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in any field
• Willing to work retail hours
• No experience required as training would be provided
